Congratulations on your fantastic service. It's always a bit of a risk using a new supplier, especially on the net. Your prices are great, delivery is cheap. Service is excellent. I will reccomend you to friends and collegues.
The only other feedback would be regarding your orders page, which is a little too manual.
I don't know if there are security implications, but it would be great to be able to drag and drop items into the orders frame. Calculations should be automated and the User Interface could be sexier.
